Sammy - Fetch Yourself a Family Member

altHey everyone! Where are you? I am a Lab/ Rottie mix, who is 3 years old and I weigh 78 Lbs. I have been with my Foster family for 3 weeks now as I had to leave my last home due to Medical reasons. Their daughter developed severe allergies and with great sadness on their part and mine I could not stay.

I am a very well behave girl, full of energy who loves to run and play. Fetch is my favourite game and if you add water to the mix that makes it much better because I love to swim. I know my basic commands; sit, lay down and stay and I am very eager to please, so anything else you want to teach me would be great. I walk well on leash especially with a gentle leader.

My foster family runs their own business looking after dogs so I am around dogs big and small; I get along with them all. My favourite ones to play with are the litter of puppies they had. I am so gentle with them and let them crawl on me, bite my toes and take myalt toys. I also never take my food until I am told it’s ok. I sit and wait very patiently till my foster mom or dad say I can have it and then I eat it all up mmmmm. I am all potty trained and when I have to go out I touch the door knob with my nose. At night I sleep on my dog bed and when my foster family goes away I just hang out in the house, cause I am such a good girl, but man if they take me in the car I am supper happy! I love drives, they are so exciting. I am also kennel trained so if you feel safer with me in a kennel while you are away that is ok with me to. For as much energy as I have at the end of the day and it is time for life to wind down for the night I love to just snuggle and watch TV. Also if you ask me to come up in your bed I love I love it because it makes it easier to give you a kiss good night.

If you think I would be a good fit for your home and I can stay forever than please fill out a application cause I would love to have my own family to run, play and snuggle with. Please fill out the adoption application form found at www.animalrescuecoalitions.com email back to ARC .altYour application will be processed as quick as possible so I can go to my new home. Remember to contact your vet clinic and give them permission to speak with us about your past and present pets. We will be checking that your pets have been spayed /neutered and kept up to date with vaccinations and yearly check ups.

Cheers,
Sammy

Keaton - A Rising Star (Adopted! Another Happy Ending)

altG’day! My name is Keaton and I’m a 3 year old Shepherd/Collie mix weighing 45 lbs. I’ve also just been vet checked, neutered, and vaccinated so I’m ready to head out into the world and find my forever home, but not without a little help from my foster family. My foster family just thinks I’m the sweetest thing since candy on a stick and I do my best to use all of my wonderful manners. On top of that I can sit and walk good on leash, and try not to pull, but obedience classes are always a good idea so I can learn some new tricks plus also reinforce my old ones. A lot of people come and go at my foster home and I just love them all. Everyone has been so friendly I never seem to be hyper. altI’m just a laid back kind of guy. I also get along with cats and other dogs, my foster home is full of them. I’ve been living with 4 adult dogs and a litter of puppies. I don’t mind the full house and get along great with everyone but I’m thinking a house where it is just me or me and one brother or sister would be best.  I sleep on the dog bed at night, and am all house trained. I would make a great addition to someone’s family and would love it if you would take me for hikes, jogs and or even agilityalt. There’s a baby gate at my foster parent’s house and I jump over it no problem, I can just picture them as jumps on an agility course, plus I could get a good confidence boost which my foster mom says I need. I love to cuddle and play so please fill out an application for me so I can become part of your family and we can start our life together, I can’t wait to meet you!

Simon - A Heart of Gold (Adopted! Another Happy Ending)

altHello!!!! My name is Simon I am a 1 1/2 year old neutered male and I weigh about 50 pounds. The vet thought I might be a Braid/ Terrier mix.

I am a great dog, I like others dogs, going for drives, cuddling and giving kisses. I am very laid back I just like to lay around in the house or car. I walk good on leash. I know not to pull but if I forget you just have to tell me I will come right back to you. I love kids! They are so fun to give tons of kisses to big or small. I rarely ever bark unless someone comes to the door so just incase, I might let you know they are there. I don't seem to play with toys to much but a nylabone to chew on has caught my interest lately.alt

I am in a house with 4 other dogs and 2 cats until I find my forever home. I don't care about the cats they just walk around and I just ignore them. The other dogs like to play and I just like to watch. I am not a big player but I will join in from time to time.

I will make a great companion dog for a family that only has one other dog or no dog at all.  I don't want to share your love; I want it all to myself. If you wanted to have me visit seniors homes I would be great at that, as I rarely ever jump up and I love being loved.

If you have time to share with me ,love to give and space in your home, please fill out the adoption application form found at www.animalrescuecoalitions.com email back to ARC alt.Your application will be processed as quick as possible so I can go to my new home. Remember to contact your vet clinic and give them permission to speak with us about your past and present pets. We will be checking that your pets have been spayed /neutered and kept up to date with vaccinations and yearly check ups.

Kisses and Licks,
Simon
