Thank you to everyone who participated in Colchester Bike Week 2026! This year's celebration brought together more than 1,000 participants for a week of fun, safe, active transportation, and community connection.
Throughout the event, we hosted 10 Bike Rodeos at local schools, helping children build confidence and learn valuable cycling safety skills. Between the Victoria Park Bike Rodeo in partnership with the Town of Truro and our in-school colouring contest, five bicycles were also given away to children, helping even more young riders get out and enjoy cycling.
A special thank you goes to Hub Cycle, Bike Monkey, and Women on Wheels for leading our community rides and helping create welcoming environments for riders to explore Colchester together.
We also loved seeing all of the creative entries submitted for our Bike Week colouring contest. Thank you to every child who participated and shared their artistic talents with us.
