Stewiacke River Park
Stewiacke River Park is a quiet picnic park located beside the peaceful Stewiacke River. Majestic pine, hemlock and spruce trees shade the riverbank and picnic areas. Bald eagles are commonly seen near the river.

The Municipality of Colchester gratefully acknowledges the financial support received from Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations (Community ACCESS-ability Program) and Nova Scotia Health Promotion and Protection for the new accessible, Clivus Multrum compost toilet installed in August 2009.

Travelling south on Highway 2, turn onto Alton Road, then onto Stewiacke River Park Road.
