Stewiacke River Park Trail

Stewiacke River ParkStroll under hemlock and pine trees along the river. Continue along the upland trail through mixed forest. Watch for bald eagles, song birds and white-tailed deer along the way. This quiet park also has picnic shelters, a playground and washroom facilities.

Access: Alton Road to end of Stewiacke River Park Road. The trail begins near the river, beside the swings just inside the park gate. The upland section begins off the first lane on the left past the park gate; start up the hill and veer right.
