Something to keep in mind: 24 hours notice is required to book an inspection.
Dangerous or Unsightly Premises
Our Building Inspectors enforce the requirements of Section XV of the Municipal Government Act which addresses dangerous or unsightly properties.
Something to keep in mind: A written complaint must be received before any action can be taken against a property.
