Subdivision
The Subdivision By-law is in effect for the entire county and regulates how land may be subdivided, whether it is for one lot or for a new residential subdivision. Also, it ensures that new roads and other services, as available, meet all required standards. This by-law corresponds with the Land Use By-law in terms of required lot sizes in the various zones.

- Plan - 6 Hard Copies and 1 Digital Copy
- Engineering Drawings - 1 Hard Copy and 1 Digital Copy
- QP Report for on-site sewage disposal systems (if required) please include cheque madepayable to “Minister of Finance’ for $232.35 if more than 3 lots.
Final Plans
- Completed Application
- Application fee of $25 per lot to amaximum of $250.00
- Plan - 8 Hard Copies and 1 Digital Copy
- Cheque made payable to "Minister of Finance" for $100.00 or$200.00 if not land registration
- QP Report for on-site sewagedisposal systems (if required) please include cheque madepayable to “Minister of Finance’ for $232.35 if more than 3 lots.
