TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of Colchester will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on THURSDAY, October 29, 2026 at 6pm. It will be held in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 1 Church Street, Truro.

Council will consider the following planning application at this Public Hearing:

A request to amend the Colchester Municipal Land Use By-law for a Rezoning from Commercial to Residential on Lands located at 1786 Truro Road, Hilden, PID 20251229.

Any representation and/or written objections by interested persons concerning this amendment may be made at this Public Hearing.
