TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of Colchester, at two (2) hearings held on September 24, 2026, approved the following:

• Hearing 1 – a request by zzap Consulting Inc., on behalf of Blowers & Grafton Developments Ltd., for a Development Agreement on property located at 104 Vimy Road, Bible Hill, for five (5) multi-unit buildings, totalling 260 units. This development includes PIDs 2006850, 20477196, 20287702 & 20479226.

• Hearing 2 - Administrative Amendments to the Colchester Land Use By-law, Chapter 40, to permit the issuance of development permits on existing lots on unlisted, unmaintained abandoned public roads for low density residential uses and passive recreational uses.
